2. Products

All Vybe Can desserts are freshly prepared using high-quality ingredients. As our products are handmade, slight variations in appearance, texture, or decoration may occur. Product images are for illustration purposes only.

3. Orders

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, product availability, suspected fraudulent activity, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

5. Delivery & Pickup

We currently deliver within a 20 km radius of our kitchen in Visakhapatnam (Vizag).

Delivery charges, minimum order values, and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout and may change without prior notice.

Free store pickup is available for eligible orders.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are fulfilled.

Once an order has been prepared, packed, fulfilled, or dispatched for delivery, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

7. Returns & Refunds

As our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been fulfilled or delivered.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photos. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.

8. Food Safety

Our products are prepared in a facility that may process ingredients including milk, wheat (gluten), soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and other allergens.

Customers with food allergies or dietary concerns should contact us before placing an order.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, branding, product names, images, designs, graphics, and text, is the property of Vybe Universe Foods and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vybe Universe Foods shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
